October – December. There is a required Boundaries Training set for November 5 th , but a cost,

out in the narthex for VBS donations, as well as sign up sheets. Planning and decoration
construction for VBS is underway.
B. Worship and Tech – We may need to request a service call if the sound system needs to
be reset after it is moved out and back due to the flooring project. Also, a new place is
needed to charge and store the hearing assistant devices. Currently they are in the
“elevator closet”, but the quilters need that space for storing quilts.
C. Property – Dan Roberts has finished resetting the front doors of the church. They open,
close and lock as they should.
D. Hospitality – There will be a reception for Ofelia after service on May 17 th . Cupcakes,
nuts, mints and punch will be served.
E. Finance – Laurie will contact the Finance Committee members to set up a mid-year
review in July.
F. Memorial – The $8,000+ cost for the asbestos abatement will be paid in full by the
memorial fund. The costs of the flooring and installation will be divided equally
between the general fund and the memorial fund. There have been some donations
