  1. Devotion

Luke 1:28-33

The angel went to her and said, “Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you.” 29 Mary was greatly troubled at his words and wondered what kind of greeting this might be. 30 But the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary; you have found favor with God. 31 You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus. 32 He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over Jacob’s descendants forever; his kingdom will never end.”

Luke 2:8-11

And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. 9 An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. 10 But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. 11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.

Before I leave, we will outline a plan for worship services. Still waiting for email from Bishop with compensation guidelines.

Caitlin and I visited, and she mentioned her concern that Trinity’s plans to yoke will change our need for her job. HR may want to visit with her. She may also be open to more hours if needed.

$20,000 do we need parameters for its use – Maybe create a committee from each of the following: Vision Committee, Memorial Committee and Evangelism Committee.  Maybe contact Kim Werling.  Laurie will talk to Deb Cook first about how we want to direct the funds.
