6:00 Pastor Donnita’s house
I. Call to Order/Attendance – Janel, Laurie, Maggie, Kristy, Kendra, Jim and Pastor Donnita. Meeting commenced at 6:06pm. (Janel to run meeting – Mike in Florida, Terri-Knee replacement surgery)
II. Devotion – Psalm 121:2 “My help comes from the Lord”
III. Administration
A. Approve Minutes – Approve minutes of last meeting. Kristy motioned, Laurie seconded to approve the February 13, 2023, minutes. Passed unanimously.
B. Treasurer’s Report – Approve the treasurer’s report for February. Kendra motioned Laurie seconded to approve the report. Passed unanimously.

a. Air Conditioning Bids for 2 compressors
i. Bid received from Thomas Plumbing $8700. Les has solicited additional bids from Solon Plumbing and Ray’s Plumbing. Both are to turn bids in this month. Our equipment is outdated and will either need to be retrofitted if equipment and supplies can be sourced, or we could consider replacing the furnaces (4) and ac together.
ii. We will need to consider fundraising, congregational donations, possible grant opportunities depending on final cost and which option we want to pursue. Once all bids are received, we can review and see what will work best for Trinity.
iii. Laurie is going to talk to Linda Beck about DRIP funding.
iv. Pastor will talk to Mike August about follow-up of bids.
b. Carbon Monoxide detector for Boiler Room has been installed and the inspector notified.
c. Door to Church Office future plans – If property committee moves forward on door replacement, do we want to consider a door with window, as discussed for safety reasons last year. Council agrees with new door with window. Pastor will talk to Mike August.
C. Transportation assistance for Pastor Donnita (Ride & Helper) – Rides needed for the following. Kendra will announce in church.

We need 2 congregation members to attend this virtual event. Who wants to handle? Need to get dates and times.
